A long 4.5 km beach west of Barwon Heads, sandbanks and reef sections including The Bluff. Best around mid-tide on SW swell, rips and rocks keep it for experienced surfers.
Surfable all year. Autumn (Sep-Nov) is the best season: powerful swells, water still mild, less crowd.
