A long, fast reef right named after the remains of an old ship's boiler still visible in the water. Very technical surf with several powerful sections over a shallow rocky bottom. A demanding spot, loved by experienced surfers.
October to April is ideal. NW swells fire regularly, with less rain than Europe.

Direct access from the beach, but mind the rocky bottom. Wetsuit + booties recommended, do not surf at low tide.
