A right-hand point at the end of the Superbank, over sand and rock, at the base of the 1972 groyne on Kirra's rocky point. Famous for long barrels, advanced surfers only, heavy crowds.
Surfable all year. Autumn (Sep-Nov) is the best season: powerful swells, water still mild, less crowd.
Good level required. You can stand, paddle and read a peak. When it fires, better know what you're doing.
