A mythical, fiercely competitive Cantabrian spot and the home base of Pablo Gutiérrez. Beach break/reef combo producing more powerful, hollow waves than the neighbouring beach, sheltered from NE breezes by towering cliffs. Packed in summer and weekends — surf schools, shops and a campsite nearby.
Autumn and winter deliver the best conditions, with long powerful swells from the north.
