North Seignosse beach running from l'Agréou in the south to Les Casernes in the north. Good peaks near the old jetty stumps. Works well at low tide with strong NE offshore wind. Multiple banks for all levels when the swell is moderate.
Surfable all year. Autumn (Sep-Nov) is the best season: powerful swells, water still mild, less crowd.
Good level required. You can stand, paddle and read a peak. When it fires, better know what you're doing.
